It will only take couple of minutes of your time.
Raising awareness of epilepsy is important, but it’s even more important to know what to do, and to feel confident in helping, when someone has a seizure. It’s also important to dispel many of the myths that have been perpetuated purely through ignorance.
One great way of checking your knowledge, and to ‘get epilepsy smart’, is to take the quiz. It’s a quick, informative and simple way of testing your knowledge about epilepsy and seizure first aid.
Together, you and people just like can create greater epilepsy awareness and change the lives of people living with epilepsy. Once you have done the Epilepsy Smart Quiz you will receive a certificate that recognises how you have helped.
You can help even further by getting two of your friends to do the Quiz and then ask them to ask two of their friends, the more we ask the more people will know and "from little things big things grow".
